program
To prepare for the session:
-Be on a yoga mat in a calm and private place, wearing loose and confortale cotton clothes.
-Bring two cushions and two blocks (or two big books with the same hight).
-You will need your laptop with a microphone and a camera.
-Place the camera in a way to catch all your moves when you’re on the mat sitting, standing and moving.
